The ‘Cecilia’ was built and operated as a standard PSV, as the ‘Ocean Produce’ and ‘Normand Produce’). In 1986 was she lengthen/ converted to also act as a MRV vessel as ‘Sølvbas’ later converted with Fire Fighting (3600 m3/hrs), Oil Recovery (abt 500 m3).
